Responsible Service of Alcohol

This is a seven-hour face-to-face session in which your instructor will provide you with the essential knowledge on how to serve alcohol safely when working at a licensed event or establishment.

One 7-hour session face to face.

Delivery & Assessment

Assessment will be comprised of written and multiple-choice questions, practical demonstration and active participation.

Learning Materials

Photo identification: Current Drivers Licence, Passport, Proof of Age card or Keypass. Pen and notepad. Laptop and charger required to complete the assessment.

Carolina, whose preferred name is Caro, has had the privilege of calling Australia home for the past six and a half years, but with roots that trace back to Colombia.

During this time, Carolina has been engaged in an Administrative role with Lonsdale Institute for the past seven months, refining her organisational and communication skills. ​

Caro holds a degree in Hospitality from her home country and has also achieved an Advanced Diploma in Business here in Australia. She recently joined the High Season Team as a Student Services Officer and looks forward to providing support and engaging with you all.
